G'day Kim,

The feedback we received from attendees at our recent business breakfast was very positive and the issues you covered really seemed to 'hit the nail on the head' with regard to many of the issues a lot of our local businesses are currently facing. Your professionalism and experience with credit management really showed and the fact that many of our businesses could relate to many of the experiences you spoke about ensured that attendees remained interested throughout the seminar, and that a lot of useful information and strategies for effective credit management were taken away.

Good luck in New Zealand.

Regards,

Courtney Tune
